Returns and Exchanges

Please read our simple Returns and Exchanges Policy below and follow the steps for the transaction you want to make. And remember, you can always contact us with any order or product related questions at info@shopgofish.com

30 DAY RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY

When you receive your order: Please take a close look at everything and make sure you are completely satisfied with each item before using it or removing the tags, as items are non-returnable once the tags have been removed or once the item has been used. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy below. If you have any questions feel free to email us at info@shopgofish.com. If any of the items appear to be damaged, please email us within 48 hours.

THE CRITERIA

  • All return/exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed and smoke-free condition.
  • Items purchased on sale are final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If applicable, all items must be returned with their original tags and accessories.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage free.
  • Gifts are only eligible for web credit.
     

FAQ

  • Returns/exchanges are processed with 5-10 business days upon receipt of the package. It can take up to 14 business days during the holidays.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or web credit.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For U.S. EXCHANGE orders only, we will refund your new exchange order's shipping fee when we receive and process your return package.
  • During the holiday season, all orders placed between November 25th and December 25th are eligible for a return/exchange within 45 days from the original purchase date. Gifts are only eligible for web credit.
  • Currently our stores are unable to accept returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased on shopgofish.com.

THE DETAILS

  • We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, web credit, and/or a 25-50% restocking fee.
  • Items received after 30 days of purchase are subject to a price change to reflect the current price in our system as well as a 50% restocking fee.
  • Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as Go Fish Clothing and Jewelry Company is not responsible for lost return packages.

  • Please note your original order number include it in your package along with your items and packing slip.

  • Send your package back to us via the most secure and affordable shipping method of your choice. If available, we recommend noting the tracking number from your shipping label.
  • That’s it! We will email you once everything is processed and completed.

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE ITEMS

  • Review our policy above and make sure the items are eligible for a return/exchange.
  • Place a new order online for your exchange items.
  • Note your new exchange order number along with the item you are returning.
  • For U.S. EXCHANGE orders only, we will refund your new exchange order's shipping fee when we process your return package.
  • If you would like to exchange a gift you received, please do not place a new order. You will be issued a web credit code via email once your return is received and processed. Your web code can be used on any future orders on shopgofish.com
